well.

as you all are more than aware of. we here at the lipstick hq are new to this blog thing and just like anyone new to a relationship, we are a bit apprehensive about sharing too much of ourselves too soon! ;)

we trust you, we really do. you know that you are supportive and loving and oh so sensitive (how lucky are we!) yet we cannot help but be kind of shy and nervous. but do not fret, my darlings, we are going to change that! we are going to work really hard at this so we can have a long successful relationship like so many of us desire.....

so here goes nothin!

we like to think of this time of the season as the "calm before the storm"......this week we have had the opportunity to hire us some new interns, talk to lots of boutiques, fulfill reorders and of course, chat it up with our myspace, cyberteam, and buzznet friends. but oh man, in a few weeks it is going to be absolutely nuts. if you are interested in seeing our totally bipolar personalities during the craziest time of the year then stay tuned. you honestly have no idea what goes into making these precious little gems that you guys are so supportive of, but literally the small group of people that work in our humble downtown la office, touch, qc, and put our kiss of approval (well, almost hehe) on each and every garment that gets shipped to you, hustler, hot topic, a random boutique on the other side of the world...whatever!

we are genually very proud of this season. we are proud of every season, dont get us wrong. but the thing is that this has been a long fast road to the level of success we have acheived thus far and we make mistakes along the way...as does everyone. we have fun doing what we do, but now we truely have a collection.
a group of tees, hoodies, sweatpants, panties, socks, barettes, mens tees & hoodies......can you believe all of this? after we just did a few cute tees a couple years ago?

ok ok. im starting to get all weird and shit. isnt that the kind of stuff that scares potential significant others off? well, if theyre douches it is...i think that is the stuff that really sticks when you really love someone...or something...like our clothes!

we really appreciate all your help and hope that you guys continue show us support cause honestly, its hard! and we want to expand a little (we dont have to be huge, we just want to have a little bonus every now and then hahaha)
